Thanksgiving Dinner at Antlers Lodge
Diners will enjoy an amuse bouche of a honey goat cheese tartlet, followed by a first course serving of a roasted pumpkin bisque and a harvest salad with a cranberry balsamic vinaigrette. The second course will include the option of a smoked pork loin with a peach and sage glaze; garlic and herb roasted bison prime rib; citrus-brined smoked turkey served with cranberry orange and giblet onion gravy; or a vegetable pot pie.
Each table also receives family-style servings of traditional side dishes including whipped potato puree, sausage and herb brioche dressing, sweet potato casserole, sweet chili brussels sprouts, and sweet potato biscuits and brioche rolls. The meal will conclude with a dessert duo of house made German chocolate cake and maraschino cherry pavlova.
