Texas History Trunks Storytime: Buffalo Music
We'll be reading Buffalo Music, by Tracey E. Fern. This story highlights the true story of Mary Ann Dyer Goodnight, a frontierswoman who helped save wild bison from extinction in Texas. After we read the story, participants are welcome to explore our Buffalo Soldiers exhibit and create buffalo puppets!

Street parking is FREE on Sundays! The MetroRail also stops directly alongside Brush Square Park, adjacent to the museums. Additionally, there are also many public parking garages located near the museum. The nearest paid parking garage is the Austin Convention Center Parking Garage located at 601 East 5th St.
