Teen Vocal Workshop- "Stage & Screen"- Musical Theatre
Participants of this workshop will focus on building musical theatre skills with a focus on singing as well as performance practice with basic acting and choreography. They will also learn about the different eras of musical theatre as well as explore contemporary American musical theatre. We will work together to prepare solo songs, duets/trios, and a full group number to present in a showcase at the end of the week. This workshop is perfect for both beginners who are interested in getting started as well as more advanced students looking to hone their craft. Open to ages 12-15 (A 16 year old may also be considered). What a great way to improve your skills while working with other talented artists from the Lehigh Valley and beyond!
This workshop will run July 7-11, 9 AM-12 PM Daily. The workshop is part of the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts' acclaimed Summer Academy, a program of arts enrichment workshops for kids and teens that is open to the community.
