Teen Collage
Collage is French for “to glue or to stick” and is a fun way of creating a work of art by combining a variety of paper materials together to create a work of art. In this class students will learn about the art of collage and be introduced to artists and their collage techniques. This class will experiment with using multiple materials like decorative paper, newspaper, magazines, and photos. Students will be encouraged to incorporate their own items into their art like personal photos, written work, or other memorabilia like concert tickets. Come and have fun seeing what you create when you stick things together. Class will take place January 10 through 31 and is for ages 11 to 16 and taught by Katie Trapp. All Supplies Provided!
