Tech N9ne on the the Popular Monstour Tour II with Falling In Reverse on September 10

Genre disrupter Tech N9ne joins Falling in Reverse on their Popular Monstour Tour II, also performing Black Veil Brides, Dance Gavin Dance. Tech recently released new collabs album COSM might just be the most dynamic and diverse Collabos LP yet. Tech N9ne locks into a lyrical crossfire with Joey Cool, Kevin Gates and Snow Tha Product on the triumphant “ZOD (I Win I Always Win).” Elsewhere, the bars hit like bullets on “Sniper’s Remorse” featuring King Iso and Trae Tha Truth. Then, there’s “THE GHOST OF ROSETTA THARPE” featuring Ako Mack and Lajon Witherspoon of Sevendust. Amplifying a core mission statement, pummeling guitars underline Lajon’s hard-hitting hook, “We’re not the imitation, we’re the original,” finally giving way to a soulful breakdown, “I don’t care what they say about us.” The trip concludes on the bluesy country rap epic “Ain’t Gon Be Another” featuring Blane Howard and Jerry Robinson. Several more of Tech N9ne’s past and present Strange labelmates appear on the LP alongside an impressive lineup of hand-picked musical peers he personally enlisted. The result: 23-tracks of genre-bending collaborations that only the ambition of Tech N9ne could pull off in today’s musical climate. Both Falling in Reverse and Tech N9ne are known for pushing boundaries and delivering intense, hard-hitting music. So, it makes sense that Falling in Reverse frontman, Ronnie Radke features Tech N9ne along with Slaughter to Prevail’s Alex Terrible on the adrenaline-fueled anthem “Ronald.” Radke's vocals are as powerful as ever, seamlessly blending with Tech N9ne's rapid-fire delivery and Terrible's guttural growls. The song made waves straight out of the gate stacking up 12 million-plus Spotify streams, Tech turned up on stage during Falling In Reverse’s headlining set at Welcome To Rockville in Jacksonville, FL in front of over 55,000 fans for the single’s live debut. He left the stage in flames by delivering his standout verse with vicious vitality. The song also crashed the Top 10 of both the Billboard Top 10 Alternative Songs Chart and Top Hot Rock Songs Chart in addition to capturing #2 on the Hard Rock Streaming Songs Chart. Genre-jumping isn’t new for Tech N9ne. In 2023, he joined forces with labelmate HU$H and Australian alternative/metal/hardcore visual artist Kim Dracula for "W H A T (We're Hungry And Thirsty)." He’s worked with producer Ross Robinson (Korn, Glassjaw, Slipknot). In addition to Welcome to Rockville, Tech has also performed at Sonic Temple, Knotfest, Rock on the Range, and Rocklahoma. Tech’s multi-faceted skill set has not gone unrecognized by artists of all genres, exemplified by collaborations with diverse rock artists such as Slipknot’s Corey Taylor, System of a Down’s Serj Tankian, Deftones’ Chino Moreno and Stephen Carpenter, Limp Bizkit’s Wes Borland, Glassjaw’s Sammy Siegler, and one of his all-time favorite bands, The Doors. Tech’s diversity and freedom from boundaries make him one of the best to ever pick up a mic. Expect a show filled with powerhouse performances from a line-up pushing their musical limits.
