Join our fun, interactive workshop for kids and parents, where we help kids build food confidence & curiosity, while equipping parents with the practical skills to manage picky eating for good.
Kids Enjoy: An interactive puppet show, a hands-on, sensory taste adventure, exploration & trying new foods, and building positive associations with healthy eating.
Parents Enjoy: The Essential Picky Eater Toolkit, practical support for managing food resistance at home, connecting with certified coaches, complimentary 1:1 follow-up coaching session.
