C2 Tactical is the world’s first training facility to offer this program to civilians. C2 Tactical worked closely with the design process of the Taser Pulse and helped write the course content that is now used to certify instructors nationwide. C2 Tactical instructors will help students learn the function and operation of the Taser Pulse. The legal requirements, effectiveness, and limitations.
