Sweat for Pets
Dog Haus East Nashville is excited to partner with Seven Minutes Fitness + Wags & Walks Nashville for the 4th Annual Sweat for Pets! Get ready to break a sweat and snuggle pups while raising funds for our furry friends at Wags & Walks- it's going to be pawsitively awesome! Join us for an exciting fitness & puppy event benefitting Wags & Walks Nashville! We'll kick things off with a 1.6-mile run from Nashville Running Company to Seven Minutes, where you'll experience high-intensity interval training (HIIT) stations. Wind-down with a relaxing stretch and mobility session (with puppies). Afterwards, enjoy tasty food & snacks, B12 shots from IV Nutrition, coffee with 626 Coffee Club, and prizes from local businesses. Wags & Walks will be on site with puppies to snuggle throughout the event! Food, bottled water, & prize entry is included with every ticket! *must be present to win giveaways
