Supporting K-12 Distance Learning: Advocating
The final session equips parents and guardians with the tools to become effective advocates for their children in a digital learning environment. Participants will explore strategies for fostering social and emotional development during remote instruction and learn how to leverage parental control settings to create a safe, focused workspace. The lesson also focuses on mastering communication channels with educators, ensuring parents can confidently articulate and advocate for their child’s specific academic and personal needs.
