Supper for Scholars - A Fundraiser for Common Wealth Development's Youth Program
Supper for Scholars - A Fundraiser for Common Wealth Development's Youth Program will be held on Friday, July 26th from 5:30 to 9:00 pm. the fundraiser will include a four-course Mediterranean meal for $150 with an optional wine pairing for an additional $40. There will also be a silent auction with a variety of items to fit every person. The event will be held at the Deliciouser on 931 E Main St #7, Madison, WI 53703. This fundraiser raises money for the Wanda Fullmore Youth Internship Program. This program aims to serve youth who face barriers to employment and set them up for success in their high school career and beyond. Through an 8-week internship program at different City of Madison department, interns learn about the keys to success in the workplace. Interns also engage in professional development training and complete a capstone project based on a real City of Madison development project. Come learn more about this amazing program, enjoy great food, and raise money for the city's future leaders.
