NC is one of the largest apple producers in the country, and we are lucky to have access to a incredible, wide array of apple varieties. This Sunday will be a chance to enjoy just a few. APPLES & CHEESE - The classic snack. Three kinds of NC apples accompanied by a savory cheese selection. HAZELNUT APPLE SALAD - Lightly pickled local apple. Torn local lettuces. Herb & olive oil roasted hazelnuts. Mustard seed & thyme vinaigrette. PORK CHOP - Brined and lightly smoked pork chop. Eric’s apple mostarda. Whipped potatoes. Sautéed local greens with garlic. Pan sauce. APPLE TRIO - Local ginger cheesecake with graham cracker crust...
