Sunday Supper: Parm Night - Sunday, May 3
This week, Parm night is back! We're running one of our most beloved Sunday Supper menus, with a few updates for Spring!
ARANCINI
Crispy risotto balls stuffed with mozzarella. Topped with San marzano tomato sauce and grated Parm.
INSALATA CAPRESE
Bococcini mozzarella. Local tomato. Local basil. Spring pesto. Organic balsamic vin from Modena. Puglian olive oil.
CHICKEN PARM
Crispy fried chicken cutlet topped with San Marzano tomato sauce and plenty of melted mozzarella. Served with:
Fresh semolina spaghetti w. vodka sauce
Roasted local broccolini with toasted garlic and sea salt
Garlic bread
ZABAIONE
Fior de Sicilia sponge cake. Boozy Italian custard. Macerated local strawberries w. Cracked black pepper.
