Sunday Supper: Maryland Night - August 17
PEEL ‘N’ EAT SHRIMP & CODDIES - Peel and eat shrimp steamed in Old Bay & beer. Salted cod fritters served with saltines and yellow mustard—a Baltimore classic.
ROASTED OYSTERS - Oysters topped with butter infused with local aji dulce peppers, garlic, Parm, then topped with bread crumbs and roasted.
HOUSE SALAD - Torn lettuces. Local tomato wedges. Local carrot. Pepperoncini. House Thousand Island. More saltines.
CRAB CAKE - A 6-ounce broiled, lump crab cake. Slaw. House remoulade. Served with local new potatoes, corn on the cob, spicy sausage, and onion on the side (like a little mini boil for the table).
SMITH ISLAND CHOCOLATE CAKE - Maryland’s state dessert. Delicate layers of yellow cake and chocolate fudge frosting.
Bonus: Lemon Sticks. Another Maryland classic.
