We dove back into the NY Public Library's treasure trove of menus and other resources for this one. LOBSTER BISQUE Creamy lobster bisque. Poached lobster garnish. MIXED GREENS SALAD Mixed local greens. Goat cheese medallions rolled in fresh herbs and pink peppercorns. Raspberry vinaigrette. Candied pecans. SMOTHERED STEAK & ONIONS Seared hanger steak.
