The first Wednesday of every Month (with the exception of July) will welcome Melissa S. for Gentle Stretch and Sound. She's been on our substitute list for quite awhile and we finally found a sweet spot to be a part of our regular programming. Tara K will be the 2nd Wednesdays (with the exception of July) sharing her decades long education of Restorative Yoga. Courtney B. will provide her lovely voice, cadence, grace and energy on the 3rd Wednesday, leading Gentle Stretch and Meditation. The 4th Thursdays Jade J. will be sharing her love of Gentle Stretch with an extended Rest/Savasana. Hands on assists with ...
