Summer Solstice Synergy - Sound Bath w/ Shea Carter
Come enjoy Sauna, Sounds and inner Stillness for Summertime Clarity We are back with our friend Shea from innerspace for the Summer Solstice. Join us for the ultimate summer wellness event! We are offering a series of modalities including rejuvenating breathwork, yoga, sound-healing, and invigorating sauna and cold plunge sessions. Don't miss the best wellness deal in town, designed to leave you with unmatched clarity and focus. You deserve to feel amazing! Wear and/or bring your swimsuit along with yoga/workout clothes (no shoes needed!) along with optional pillow and blanket for comfort. We'll have everything else you need, including mats, a hot traditional sauna, three cold tub temperatures, hydration, towels, sandals and restrooms.
$15 for a first-timer, $45 for a non-member drop-in and included with a Framework membership.
