Summer Reading Kickoff Party
Kick off the season with an afternoon of community fun! Visit the Children’s Room to register for the Summer Reading Program, and check out the excitement in the Library’s Courtyard: (In case of rain, the event will be held indoors in the Library’s Event Center).
- Meet Your New Best Friend: Meet adorable, adoptable dogs from Cape Ann Animal Aid. Please note: This is a meet-and-greet only; adoption applications must be processed through the shelter directly.
- Local Treats: Delicious snacks will be available for purchase from Shubie’s and Terry’s Ice Cream.
- Friends of Abbot Public Library Pop-up Book Sale: Browse a curated selection of books and find your next summer read.
- Interactive Fun: Join Sustainable Marblehead and the Council on Aging for interactive fun and games.
