Summer Film Series-Western Sci-Fi: Nope (2022)
Join us for a screening of Jordan Peele (Key & Peele, Get Out) Nope . Released last year and described as a new-Western science fiction horror film. A family that trains and handles horses for film and television productions has to wrangle something they have never encountered before.
Enjoy this fun flick, popcorn, and beer. A short presentation discussing the elements of western films and emerging black cinema will begin at 1:00pm followed immediately by the film.
