Celebrate the flavors of summer with a hands-on Italian cooking experience! Learn how to craft fresh ravioli from scratch, from mixing and rolling the dough to filling and shaping each pasta pillow. Along the way, you'll prepare a classic Caprese salad featuring ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and fragrant basil. Whether you're new to pasta making or looking to refine your skills, you'll leave with techniques you can recreate at home all season long.
