Suicide Loss & Grief Support Group 2nd & 4th Thursday 4-5:30pm
The group is being held the 2nd & 4th Thursday of every month at the Vacaville Health & Social Services Building on Monte Vista Ave (See flyer for address). We are meeting from 4pm to 5:30pm and the purpose is to provide a safe plae for family and loved-ones to process their grief after losing a loved one. The group is suggested for 16 years old and above. We will be discussing issues around mental health, suicide, coping skills, self-care, resiliency, support networks. The group is facilitated by a licensed clinician who also has lived experience having lost a loved-one to suicide. All are welcome and I hope to see you there. For more information call 707-784-8409
