This menu reflects that beginning, with thoughtful seafood and straightforward preparations that honor where he started and how far he has come.
The Sturgeon Moon takes its name from late summer, a time historically tied to abundant fish and life on the water, which feels pretty fitting for a night inspired by Jake’s beginnings. This menu is a trip back to the busy coastal kitchens, seafood shacks, and formative years that helped shape the chef he is today. ⛵🍳
