Join Oak Park author and illustrator Jacob Grant for a story time and draw-along celebrating the release of his new picture book, Turtle Slept In!
Turtle is the last to hatch, and her siblings have all left for the sea. Now she must venture across a busy beach and into the waves to find them. But the sea is big. REAL BIG.
Jacob will read his book and lead draw-along activities for attendees to create their own Turtle. Hang around afterward to meet the author and pick up a personalized copy of the book.
