Developing your Leadership Brand by Navigating the Big Four C’s: Communication, Conflict, Change, and Courage.
In this one-day session participants will build their knowledge and gain experience in using effective communication and conflict resolution strategies for leading change and solving problems within their teams and organizations. Using the Catalyst DISC self-assessment platform, participants will reflect on their own conflict and communication styles, discuss strategies for managing the emotions associated with change and tough conversations, and learn processes for leading with courage.
Take ownership of the leadership brand you want to build and bring current challenges that you want to work on, leaving the session with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to tackle important personal, team, and organizational challenges!
Cost: $950
Includes lunch and an RIT Executive Education certificate
Optional add-on: Summer Coaching Sessions
Four 90-minute sessions (In-person or hybrid)
Tuesdays, 8-9:30 a.m. EST: June 11, June 25, July 23, August 6th
Building off of the June 4th session, meet with Molly McGowan, Ph.D., in small groups of 3-4 participants, over a three month period to tackle professional, team, and organizational challenges. Limited spots available and meeting format (in-person or online) will be determined by the group.
