The month-long series marks the launch of Rose Tavern’s new Certified Angus Beef® program, a permanent commitment to quality, consistency and responsibly raised beef.
Each week highlights a different cut, giving diners a reason to come back again and again:
o March 1-8, 2026: Skirt Steak Frites — grilled Certified Angus Beef? skirt steak with chimichurri and parmesan-crusted hand-cut potato wedges
o March 9-15, 2026: Hanger Steak — tender hanger steak finished with wild mushroom demi-glace, truffle butter, honey-roasted carrots, and creamed corn
o March 16-22, 2026: Denver Steak — a richly marbled cut served with a twice-baked potato, roasted Brussels sprouts, and smoked bacon
o March 23-31, 2026: Prime Rib — slow-roasted Certified Angus Beef? prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic-crisp green beans
