Steak & Burger Dinner - Boys & Girls Club of New Bedford
At this event, the adults are served a delicious hamburger while the children get to feast on a great dinner! The youngsters seated with event sponsors are Club members who have been selected for their excellence in academics, sports or community service through the Boys & Girls Club. The BGC Youth of the Year and Academic Awards are presented, along with the Robert Chadwick Community Service Award, presented to Bruce Oliveira, and The Community Hero Award, honoring local legislators.
