Miami’s Will Thompson brings the heat to Starlite for one night only. The visionary behind some of Miami’s hottest bars and restaurants including ViceVersa, Jaguar Sun, and Sunny’s, will be slinging his signature drinks behind the bar at Starlite. With accolades including Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards and recognition from the MICHELIN Guide under his belt, Will brings his expertise in chic cocktails and fabulous nightlife that will transport you to the 305.
On the menu for the evening is the Fino Martini, an alluring gin martini made with clarified passionfruit; the Very Strong Baby, made with Uruapan Charanda from Michoacán, Mexico; and the Green Ghoul, a poblano-infused concoction perfected with fresh cucumber and lime.
