One of Food & Wine’s 10 ‘Most Influential Bartenders of the Decade’ and a four-time James Beard Award nominee, Julian Cox will bring his talents to Starlite for one night only. By day, Julian is an entrepreneur highly regarded by the food & beverage industry for his collaboration with renowned chefs including Nancy Silverton, Michael Mina, Jean-Georges, Tim Hollingsworth, and Gordon Ramsay. Julian has opened bars and restaurants for the nation’s best hospitality groups from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, Austin to Chicago, and beyond. By night, Julian is an accomplished bartender and mixologist, having led some of the beverage programs across the globe, including Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.
