St. Patrick’s Day Cocktails at Bar Rojo
Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk is providing specialty cocktails in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day.
The cocktail lineup features the "3 Irishmen," blending the rich flavors of Frangelico, a smooth herb-infused Italian liqueur, with beloved Irish classics Baileys Irish Cream and Jameson whiskey. Additionally, patrons can savor the "Lucky Charm," a fusion of banana, Malibu rum, vibrant Midori, and pineapple, topped with a creamy touch of half and half for a smooth finish.
Bar Rojo will also serve its delicious menu of locally-inspired dishes, ranging from fajitas and ancho-rubbed baby back ribs to redfish tacos and smoked brisket sliders.
