Three Wednesdays, January 8, 15 & 22, 10:30-11:45 am (Hybrid)
The new year is always an opportunity to try new things and allow ourselves to be uncomfortable with the unfamiliar. In this series, we will focus on a different spiritual practice each week. Hopefully, participants will take the opportunity to practice the practice (yes, you read that right) between each session, and we will reflect on how it felt. You’ll walk away from this series with new tools in your spiritual belt, and perhaps even a more open mind.
This series is offered at no cost for congregants and $10/session for non-members.
