Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa has partnered with Palm City Brewing Company to host a Southern Oktoberfest beer pairing dinner. The event will feature premier beer selections from the brewery expertly paired with delicious Oktoberfest-inspired dishes created by the resort’s culinary team.
Upon arrival, diners will receive the signature Tanglewood & Palm City Brewing Shandy made with fresh seasonal lemonade and the Ocean View Lager.
The meal will begin with a “Cracklin’ & Potato” sous vide pork belly paired with the EIN Hazify. Diners will then enjoy a serving of low country goulash paired with the Vienna Sky lager, followed by a serving of a beer-braised bratwurst paired with the brewery’s Guild & Palm brew. The entrée course will feature a pot roast short rib with scratch spatzle paired with the Hazify Maxxx IPA. The meal will conclude with a dessert serving of Bee Sting Cake filled with vanilla bean cream paired with Mommy’s PSL, a Pumpkin Spice Latte-inspired brew.
The Southern Oktoberfest event at Tanglewood – A Southern Kitchen will be hosted on Saturday, October 12 at 7 p.m. Tickets to the event are $85 plus tax and gratuity, which can be purchased by visiting Hyatt Regency Coconut Point | Tanglewood | Oktoberfest.
