Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers – We Will Speak
The final film of Hapeville’s independent series spring run is We Will Speak - a moving documentary exploring the state of emergency declared by the Tri-Council of Cherokee tribes in an effort to save the Cherokee language from the brink of extinction. The event will begin with a reception at 6 p.m. followed by the film screening at 7 p.m. and is free to the public.
