South Richmond Rotary Speakers Forum
Please join us for the first ever speakers forum held by the Rotary Club of South Richmond on June 7th from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Our speaker is General David H. Berger and he will be sharing his strategic perspective while underscoring the threats facing our nation. He emphasizes the growing complexity of cyber warfare, highlighting its potential to disrupt critical infrastructure and undermine national security. Berger also stresses the resurgence of near-peer competitors, such as China and Russia, and the imperative for robust deterrence strategies in response. Moreover, he warns against the proliferation of asymmetric threats, including terrorism and hybrid warfare, which demand immediate action. In his analysis, Berger put an emphasis on the necessity for comprehensive defense readiness and innovation to safeguard against evolving national security challenges. The ticket
price for general admission is $50 and we no longer have any VIP tickets available for purchase. Tickets can be purchased from the Perkinson Center website at: https://ci.ovationtix.com/35619/production/1201309?performanceId=11470763Â
