South Florida Mental Wellness Summit & Expo
Mental Health America of Southeast Florida (MHASEFL), a provider for the Broward Behavioral Health Coalition Inc., will be hosting the Inaugural South Florida Mental Wellness Summit & Expo, on October 23, 2025, at the Charles F. Dodge City Center in Pembroke Pines. This one-day event is dedicated to fostering mental wellness, resilience, and community support across South Florida.
· The Summit—Resilience in Action: A Community Conversation on Mental Health—will bring together mental health professionals, educators, first responders, caregivers, advocates, business leaders, and the public, for an engaging day of learning, dialogue, and empowerment.
· The event will feature:
o Dynamic Speaker Sessions – Expert-led discussions covering the latest in mental health trends, workplace wellness, youth mental health, trauma-informed care, and more.
o Interactive Wellness Expo – Learn about mental health resources, local services, and innovative wellness products.
o Networking Opportunities – Engage with like-minded individuals and professionals dedicated to mental health advocacy and support.
o Hands-on Workshops & Activities – Practical strategies to promote emotional well-being, resilience, and mindfulness.
o Keynote Address by Leading Mental Health Advocate - Eric Kussin.
