South African Wines Culinary Experience
The Ashford on Dresden will bring the beauty and flavor of South Africa’s Franschhoek Valley to Brookhaven with a special wine tasting experience on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 6:30 p.m.
Inspired by the renowned Babylonstoren estate, celebrated for its breathtaking vineyards, historic charm and dedication to harmony between land and table, this experience will showcase the spirit of South African winemaking and cuisine. Guests will enjoy five distinctive wines, each thoughtfully paired with five small-plate dishes that capture the bold, vibrant essence of South Africa.
Tickets are $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and seating is limited. Reservations are available via OpenTable. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase bottles of the featured wines after the event at a special rate.

-Sjokolade melktert (chocolate milk tart) profiteroles with dark chocolate and coffee syrup, macerated berries and whipped cream
