The new Spring Thursday Hands-On Cooking Class Series is dedicated to dishes you can make plenty of to eat for a week, feed a hungry hoard and freeze for a future date. Our first class of the season is dedicated to Soup! Soup is so satisfying and can be a great one-pot meal. We will make Thai Coconut Soup, Miso Soup, Creamy (dairy free) Asparagus Soup, White Bean and Greens Soup, and Vegetable Chowder. These are great soups to have any time of year. Students will explore this topic in detail, learn about new healthy foods, and sharpen their knife and general cooking skills. All ingredients used are Organic, Vegetarian, and Gluten Free. Classes are limited to just 6 people. Sign up with friends or come meet some new people!
