Sound Healing
Sharp Coronado Hospital’s Sewall Healthy Living Center is launching its 2025 Sound Healing Event schedule starting on Wednesday, January 29, at 5:00 PM (doors open at 4:45pm) $30
This unique experience, sometimes called a sound bath, will be facilitated by Dawn Fonseca, who crafts a dynamic sonic environment using various instruments. Sound healing is an integrative therapy that uses vibrational instruments to promote relaxation and alleviate stress, anxiety, and grief. Common instruments include:
• Crystal or Tibetan singing bowls (made of metal alloys or crystal quartz)
• Gongs and cymbals, creating deep vibrations
• Other tools that produce powerful frequencies to engage the body and mind

• Guests may lie on mats or use chairs provided at the center
