Sound Bath - Workhouse Arts
A Workhouse “Sound Bath” is where people come together for a pleasant and relaxing experience created through sound by a sound healing practitioner who is playing live a variety of specific instruments. This month's Sound Bath is about new perspectives. Every time we are willing to see a new perspective, our event horizon expands and new possibilities arise. Benefits of a SOUND BATH can include:
Calming of the nervous system
Inducing better sleep
Uplifting of mood
Increased ability to focus
Restoration and strengthening
An overall greater sense of well-being
Bring a mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort; chairs are provided. The Sound Baths are primarily designed for adults, and it is not recommended for children to attend. However, exceptions may be made for children aged 12 or older who can remain quiet for 60 minutes.
