Be enveloped by the ethereal tones of crystal bowls, the resonant hum of Tibetan bowls, the reverberating power of the gong, the delicate whispers of chimes, and the soul-stirring melodies of the flute, among other celestial instruments. Come as you are, and let the transformative waves of sound guide you to a state of profound relaxation and renewal. Erica will help you let go and surrender to the healing frequencies, allowing them to wash away tension and restore balance within.
Erica Nguyễn is a multidisciplinary Sound Practitioner who received training and certification in Sound Healing and Therapy from around the world. She values equity and inclusion and aims to create accessible and inclusive sound journeys for everyone, especially youth, seniors, low-income communities, and disenfranchised groups. Her vision is for everyone to be harmonious and healthy in their mind, body, and soul. Erica leads sound healing and yoga classes online and around the Bay Area.
