Songs for Humanity is an annual humanitarian concert sponsored by The First Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Hunterdon County and Congregation Kehilat Shalom. It is dedicated to promoting empathy and understanding on various social and humanitarian issues. In the past, we have supported immigrants and people living with food scarcity. This year's event is a Funds-and-Awareness Raiser for Neurodiversity in its many forms.
Musical performances include Congregation Kehilat Shalom's choir, Kol Ahava, and HunterdonUU's Old Stone Choir along with local singers and singer-songwriters.
Speakers will share insights about ADHD, Autism, Mental Health, Tourette Syndrome and more. You will hear about teaching, parenting, and growing up with neurodiverse experiences.
Entrance is free, and there are no tickets required for purchase in advance, but a good-will donation to the New Jersey Center for Tourette Syndrome is encouraged.
