Solano Walk to End Alzheimer's 2024
The 2024 Solano County Walk to End Alzheimer’s will be held on Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Harbor Plaza in Suisun City. Registration begins at 8:30am with an opening program at 9:30 and the Walk commencing at 10:30am. This year’s ambitious goal is to gather $210,000 in donations. Joining the fight is easy. Sign up as a team captain, become a part of a team or register to walk as an individual at http://alz.org/solanowalk .
All proceeds raised through the Walk further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
Walk to End Alzheimer's participants can take part in a 1- or 3-mile walk around the beautiful Harbor Plaza, while also learning about Alzheimer's disease, advocacy opportunities, clinical studies enrollment and support programs and services from the Alzheimer’s Association.
Walkers also join in the meaningful tribute ceremony to honor those affected by Alzheimer's disease. In addition to the Walk around the plaza, participants can also enjoy a Promise Garden, music, and other activities.
