Sol y Canto to perform during Sunday service
Rosi and Brian Amador, Sol Y Canto duo, will perform original music at the Northshore Unitarian Universalist Church in Danvers.
Sol Y Canto is the nationally-touring and Boston Music Award winning Pan-Latin ensemble led by Puerto Rican/Argentine singer and bongo player Rosi Amador and New Mexican guitarist and composer, Brian Amador. Featuring Rosi's crystalline voice, Brian's lush Spanish guitar, the duo has established a reputation for their quirky original compositions that address matters of the hearts, social and global aspiration, and for their unique and driving interpretations of contemporary Latin Music. They are just returning from workshops and performances in Brazil.
Andrea Kaiser, member of NSUU Church and decades long friend and supporter of Sol Y Canto, is the guest speaker. She will share her spiritual journey over more than 50 years. All are welcome. A coffee reception will follow the service, where members and visitors are encouraged to meet and greet the guest artists.
Guests are welcome to stay for the Lynnfield Art Guild reception at noon.
