Slavic Spring Concert
This dynamic family-friendly show will feature virtuoso balalaika artist Sergey Vashchenko, the exciting Lajkonik Polish Folk Ensemble dancers, singers Margarita Brosova and Guy Velgos, and will be conducted by Dr. Alexander Tentser. It will feature authentic instruments, such as the balalaika, domra, accordions, gusli, winds, and percussion, and performers in colorful costumes. It will be a rare opportunity for Tucsonans to experience Slavic music, dance and culture, and will be enjoyed by a adults and children of all ethnicities.
