The November 5, 2024 Ballot will include these proposed amendments:
Amendment 1. Partisan Election of Members of District School Boards
Amendment 2. Right to Fish and Hunt
Amendment 3. Adult Personal Use of Marijuana
Amendment 4. Limit Government Interference with Abortion
Amendment 5. Annual Adjustments to Homestead Exemptions
Amendment 6. Repeal of Public Campaign Financing Requirement
Voters should prepare to vote informed in the November 5, 2024 election. Elected leaders make the decisions that affect the economy, healthcare, energy, environment, water quality, education, arts, recreation, and more. Every eligible voter should exercise their right to make their voice heard at the ballot box.
