Shir Joy Chorus Open Rehearsal
Shir Joy Chorus is resuming rehearsals with an open rehearsal on Sunday, October 20.
Singers 14 years old and up of all faiths and vocal ranges are welcome. We sing a broad repertoire of Jewish music from modern and historic composers around the world. We sing in English, Hebrew, Yiddish, and Ladino. No foreign language skills are needed; all music is transliterated. We perform two major concerts a year, in February and June, and are often invited to perform at the Worcester Art Museum and Polar Park.
Singers interested in attending one or both open rehearsals should RSVP to [email protected] so we can plan for space.
