Sherry Fair at The Square Sherry Week, Nov. 9
Working with Chantal Tseng, The Square will offer tastings from nearly a dozen sherry producers, plus there will be traditional ham carvings and Bold Fork Books will curate a Spanish-themed cookbook pop-up. Ticket holders can also participate in sherry pouring lessons, compete in a sherry pouring contest, and can purchase bottles on site from Shoals Market, The Square’s bottle shop. (Shoals is also hosting a complimentary tasting on Tuesday, Nov. 5.)
Sherry Week festivities also include a dinner at Casa Teresa. Spaniard Ruben Garcia, the culinary vision behind The Square and Casa Teresa, will partner with Lustau Sherry House to offer a prix fixe sherry-paired tapas menus, sherry flights, cocktails, and more.
