The SHAPE Diva Dash is a women's only 5k obstacle run where a dozen obstacles challenge runners along the 3 mile course. This event is open to runners of ALL ages and abilities. Runners leave feeling empowered and excited to start a healthy and fit life. Our divas like to wear homemade costumes, feather boas, fluffily tutus and sparkly bling to make the race all the more memorable.
