We'll pick from a jar of suggested titles for book selections in the new year. Each time you attend a book club meeting, you can contribute up to two book suggestions to the jar (you can submit two, one, or none—there's no obligation). The jar will be shared between both monthly book clubs, with suggestions accumulating over time. Shameless SmutTok is a relaxed, open-minded, and fun group. We don't stick to strict book club rules or formal questions—instead, we let the conversation flow naturally. Even if you haven't finished the book, you can join us and enjoy the good times with fellow smuttets! ABOUT SHAMELESS SMUTTOK Shameless SmutTok is a group for folks who love to read "smutty" romance books. It is for primarily female-identifying/presenting or non-binary individuals to discuss smut books in a safe community. We mainly read m/f (but also f/f and m/m) romance books with full dirty details. There is no religion or political drama allowed. Ages 18 and up are allowed. This is not for relationships or hook-ups. Join our Discord group for random chatter, book reqs, and pop-up events. We will meet at safe locations (parks, restaurants, or shops) to discuss readings and other topics. This will be a safe and inclusive space to discuss romance books, $3x, or kinks without shame. Saturdays are no masc identifying or under 18 in our book discussions and chats. Sundays welcome S.O.s, but no conversation will be safe for those under 18. Game nights are social gatherings that welcome all, but again, most likely, no conversation will be safe for those under 18 years old. Random events such as movies, dinners, holidays, or fairs are usually family-friendly. To pay for the meetup, the Shameless SmutTok group request a $5.00 twice-yearly membership fee (January and July). Please only worry about it if you like us and plan to stay in the group. We're located in the Camel Central Plaza on the north side of West Camelback Road, just west of North Central Avenue. If our parking lot is full, additional parking is available in the lot directly west of The Joy Lush Club. Light Rail (Valley Metro Rail): Conveniently located across from the Central Ave/Camelback Valley Metro Light Rail stop, The Joy Lush Club is the ideal beer and wine bar and bottle shop to enjoy a drink before or after events in Greater Phoenix.
