About Us
Shakespeare Comes To (716) brings together all the passions of Peace Of The City. It is a highly unique program that links life skills and the arts with Shakespeare and social justice to profoundly impact students at their core. Year-round, we offer teens interdisciplinary arts education through music, literature, the humanities, dance, and theater, culminating in our annual city-wide Shakespeare production.
Funders for this season of Shakespeare Comes To (716) include National Endowment of the Arts, New York Council for the Arts, Erie County Youth Bureau, Ralph Wilson Legacy Funds, Erie County Cultural, United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, and YouthTime Foundation.
