This unique gathering combines gentle, embodied practices with a guided chocolate tasting — designed to root you into the present moment and expand your appreciation for the plant that gives us chocolate: Theobroma cacao.
We’ll begin with SETTLE — a grounding practice led by Jess Pfeffer that includes:
Breathwork and nervous system regulation
Gentle movements and stillness
Guided reflection and rest
A calming container for slowing down and coming home to yourself
Then, we’ll move into a rich and mindful chocolate tasting, where you will:
Meet the cacao plant in all its forms — from sweet-tart fruit to smooth, dark bars
Taste single-origin chocolate from around the world and explore how soil, climate, and craft shape flavor
Learn how small farmers grow, harvest, and trade cacao using sustainable and ethical practices
Experience each stage of chocolate making — from bean to bar — using all five senses
Whether you come for connection, education, or deep rest, this event offers you a chance to taste, feel, and remember what it’s like to truly be present.
