ServSafe Certification Food Manager Class
The ServSafe Manager Certification verifies that a manager or person-in-charge has sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illness. This is a three-day class. Receive a ServSafe Certification and wallet card upon completion. This is a three-day, in-person class. Orientation is Feb. 8 with the class dates Feb. 22, March 1 and 8.
